Structured Web

Edited

Structured Web beta is the web version of Structured, meaning it can be accessed via your device's browser. If you prefer to plan your tasks on a big screen but don't have an iPad or Mac device, Structured Web is the perfect solution for you.

You can find and access Structured Web here: https://beta.web.structured.app/

Please note that Structured Web is still in beta. You can learn more about its limitations here.

Compatibility

Structured Web is compatible with almost every device's browser, such as Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. It enables using Structured on your device regardless of the operating system. Meaning, with Structured Web, you can access Structured also on devices running under operating systems such as Windows or Linux.

To use Structured Web, you require a stable internet connection and sign up for Structured Cloud sync to store your information and share it across devices. Please note that it is not possible to sync data between your Apple devices and Structured Web when using iCloud to sync your Apple devices.

Log In to Structured Web

Follow these steps to log in to Structured Web:

  1. You can access Structured Web on almost any browser by clicking this link: Structured Web beta.

  2. Over there, you will find the option to enter your email to start planning. By signing in to Structured Web, you automatically create a Structured Cloud account, that also enables syncing your schedule between different devices. If you already use Structured Cloud sync on another device, please sign in using your respective email address used on the other devices. If you don't use Structured Cloud sync yet, you can enter your preferred email address.

  3. Click on Get Started to continue.

  4. You will now receive an email to finish the log-in. Either click the provided link or copy and paste the provided 6-digit code into your Structured Web app in the field. Afterward, click on Verify.

  5. You will now see your Structured timeline and are ready to go.

Where is What?

With Structured Web, you can create and check off tasks just like on Structured for iOS or Android, using your trackpad or mouse to navigate and your keyboard to enter information.

You may navigate between months my clicking the arrow symbols next to the currently displayed month. To check out your tasks from upcoming or past days, click on the respective day or click the calendar symbol on the top right to jump to a certain day.

One visual difference is the placement of the Inbox, which you will find at the top left. Simply click on the Inbox icon and it will open. The bigger screen allows you to keep the inbox open at all times to organize your thoughts even more efficiently into the timeline.

On the top right, you will find your ⚙️Structured Settings.

Create a Task

Creating tasks on Structured Web is similar to creating tasks on Structured for iOS or Android. To add a new task, click on the big pink plus symbol on the bottom right.

Now you can enter a title, adjust the icon and color, choose a day, time and duration, and add subtasks or notes. Click on Create Task once you're finished. The task will now appear in your timeline or inbox, depending on when scheduling it.

You can learn more about tasks here: How to Create, Edit & Delete Tasks.

Structured Cloud Sync

When logging in to Structured Web, you are automatically signing up for the Structured Cloud sync. The Structured Cloud sync is used to store your information to access your account on any device's browser or to sync your data with other devices.

If you are using the Structured app on Apple or Android devices, you can sync your data between devices and Structured Web as long as the Structured Cloud sync is enabled on all devices and all devices are logged in under the same email.

In your ⚙️ Structured Settings, you can see your Structured Cloud Sync Status. You can also click on Resync to refresh the sync between devices.

You can always log out of Structured Web by heading over to your ⚙️ Structured Settings and clicking log out. Over here, you can also Delete your Account. Please note that this step is irreversible.

Limitations

Currently, the web version of Structured is still in beta, meaning things might break and there is a risk of data loss. Please ensure to back up your data before logging in, in case you use Structured Cloud on another device.

Moreover, not all features known from iOS or Android are available yet. However, we are continuously working on adding them soon. Check out our Roadmap to see all suggested and upcoming features.
