I Cannot Log in to Structured Web
Sometimes, users might experience issues when logging in to Structured Web. However, usually, this can be addressed quickly.

Don't Receive the Log-in Email
If you did not receive a Structured Cloud login email, including the link and 6-digit code to sign in, check and try the following:
Correct email address: Check whether you entered the correct email address and that there are no typos.
Spam folder: Check whether the log-in email landed in your spam folder. If so, add login@cloud.structured.app as a contact to recognize the sender.
Inbox full: Check whether your email inbox is out of storage. If so, delete some emails to free up storage.
Redirect: Check whether you are using a redirect, e.g., using an email account that redirects emails to an alternative account. If so, it might take some time until the redirect goes through. You can avoid this by checking your emails directly on the account used to sign in to Structured Cloud.
Internet connection: Check whether you have a stable internet connection to receive the log-in email.
Resend code: Check whether resending the code works. To do so, select the Resend button below your login in Structured and wait up to 2 minutes.
Browser: When attempting to log in to Structured Web, check whether logging in on an alternative browser works.

Link or Code From Log-in Email Doesn't Work
In case the link or the 6-digit code does not work to log in, check the following:
Internet connection: Check whether you have a stable internet connection to log in.
Test both options: If you only tried logging in by either using the link or the 6-digit code, try to use the respective other option.
Correct code: The log-in email can exclusively be used for the respective log-in attempt. Meaning, you cannot use the same code to log in on several devices. If you did several log-in attempts, ensure you delete all prior log-in emails and request a new one. This way, you can ensure you are using the correct code, not an outdated code.
’Continue’ Button is Greyed Out
If the Continue button is greyed out after typing your email address on Structured Web, check if you entered a valid email address.
Structured Web is also case sensitive. Ensure the format is example@example.com, not Example@Example.com.
Blank or Flashing Page After Logging in
Some users are experiencing the issue that after logging in, the Structured Web page remains blank or flashes. We are currently working on resolving this issue.
Meanwhile, you can try the following:
Try to use an alternative browser to log in.
Try to use an alternative email to sign up for Structured Cloud sync.
