I Cannot Log in to Structured Web

Sometimes, users might experience issues when logging in to Structured Web. Usually, this issue can be resolved easily. However, as Structured Web is still in beta, some issues may occur.


Don't Receive a Login Email


If you did not receive a Structured Cloud login email, including the link and 6-digit code to sign up for Structured Web, check the following:

  • Check whether you entered the correct email address and that there are no typos.

  • Check whether the log-in email landed in your spam folder. If so, add login@cloud.structured.app as a contact to recognize the sender.

  • Check whether your inbox is full. If so, delete some emails to free up storage.

  • Check whether you are using a redirect, e.g., using an email account that redirects emails to an alternative account, it might take some time until the redirect goes through. You can avoid this by checking your emails directly on the account used to sign up for Structured Cloud.

  • Check whether logging in on an alternative browser works.

  • Try to resend the code. To do so, use the Resend button below your login in Structured and wait up to 2 minutes.

  • Try to add login@cloud.structured.app as a contact or send an empty email to login@cloud.structured.app as a contact to recognize the sender.


Link or Code From Login Email Doesn't Work


In case the link or the 6-digit code does not work to log in, check the following:

  • Check whether you have a stable internet connection.

  • If you only tried either the link or the 6-digit code, try to use the respective other option.

  • Try to resend the code. Wait up to 2 minutes for a new code.

  • Click on cancel, enter your email again, and wait for up to 2 minutes.

  • Try to use an alternative browser to log in.

  • Try to use an alternative email to sign up for Structured Cloud sync.


Continue Button is Greyed Out


If the Continue button is greyed out after typing your email address, check if you entered a valid email address.

Structured Web is also case sensitive. Ensure the format is example@example.com, not Example@Example.com.


Blank or Flashing Page After Logging in


Some users are experiencing the issue that after logging in, the Structured Web page remains blank or flashes. We are currently working on resolving this issue.

In the meantime, you can try the following:

  • Try to use an alternative browser to log in.

  • Try to use an alternative email to sign up for Structured Cloud sync.
