Structured for macOS
Edited

If you are regularly working on an Apple computer or just prefer to plan your day on a big screen, you will love Structured on Mac. The macOS version of Structured has all the features of its mobile counterpart. All controls that you do with your finger work with the trackpad or the mouse, the inputs of course work with the keyboard.

The only noticeable difference is the Inbox, which you will find at the top left instead of the top right. Simply click on the Inbox icon and it will open. The bigger screen allows you to keep the inbox open at all times to organize your thoughts even faster into the timeline.

You can find guides about all the features in the How To section of this Help Center.

Download Structured for Mac

To download Structured on your computer, simply search for Structured in the Mac App Store or click here. Please note that from Structured version 3.4 onward, Structured for Mac requires macOS Ventura 13.0 or more recent versions. Previous Structured versions can still be used on macOS Monterey 12.4 onward, but will not receive any updates.

Synchronize with other devices

Enable iCloud Sync to seamlessly synchronize your tasks across both your Apple computer and mobile devices. To do so, follow the guide: How to Sync Structured with iCloud. It is important, however, that iCloud Sync is also activated on your Mac, not just on your mobile devices.

As soon as "Fully Synced" is displayed, all tasks should be visible in your timeline. If this is not the case or a different status is displayed, take a look at the following article: My iCloud Sync Is Not Working.

Import calendars and to-dos

To see your calendar and to-dos on your Mac, you have to renew the permissions, even if you have already done this on your mobile devices. Simply click on Allow Access and your imported tasks will appear on your Mac as usual.
