Edit a Single Task

To edit a single task:

  1. Tap the respective task to access the task editor.

  2. Apply your changes (e.g., change the time, color, or add subtasks).

  3. Once you're finished editing, tap Update Task at the bottom of your screen.

Edit Multiple Tasks with Structured AI

To edit (several) tasks with ✨ Structured AI, simply prompt the Structured AI with your preferred changes. For example, you can shift all tasks in time if you're running late or reschedule unfinished tasks only. Structured AI allows you to make advanced edits based on your needs.

You can learn more about editing (multiple) tasks with Structured AI here. Please note that Structured AI is only available for Apple and Android devices and requires ⭐️ Structured Pro.

Edit Multiple Tasks with Bulk-Edit

Another way to edit multiple tasks at once is using the free bulk-edit feature on Structured Web. Editing multiple tasks at once on Structured Web has the additional advantage that it's easier to keep an overview of all your changes on a big screen.

If you're using an Apple or Android device, you can simply edit your schedule using bulk-edit on Structured Web and sync your changes via Structured Cloud. Learn more about syncing your schedule across devices here.
