How to Share Structured Pro Across Devices
You can use and share your ⭐️ Structured Pro subscription or lifetime purchase on all your personal Apple or Android devices and Structured Web by using Structured Cloud sync on all devices, regardless of whether Structured Pro has been purchased on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Structured Web.
Sync Structured Pro with Structured Cloud
To share your ⭐️ Structured Pro subscription or purchase across different devices or operating systems, you will have to log in to Structured Cloud on all devices. This has the additional advantage that not only your Structured Pro plan will be shared across devices, but also your Structured data.

Troubleshooting
In case syncing your Pro purchase or subscription via Structured Cloud doesn't work, it might help to log out of Structured Cloud and log in again on all devices.

Proof of purchase: This can be a screenshot of your invoice or app store subscription.
Structured User ID: You can find your Structured User ID in your Structured Settings > Help & Feedback > tap Copy User ID and insert it in the email.
Limitations
Apple Family Sharing Program
Users who are part of Apple's Family Sharing Program can share their Structured Pro subscription or lifetime purchase only with other users that are Apple users too. It is now possible to share this Pro access with Android or Structured Web users.
Transfer Subscription to New Apple Account
If you change your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID) there are some limitations in regard to sharing your Pro purchase across devices.
When changing your Apple Account, all subscriptions and prior purchases get lost, as they are bound to the Apple Account the purchase was originally made on. This is a limitation on the App Store's end.
If you made a lifetime Pro purchase, we can manually transfer it on our end. In this case, please share proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot) and your new Structured User ID (Structured Settings > Help & Feedback > tap Copy User ID) with support@structured.app.
If you made a subscription, we cannot transfer it from your old to your new Apple Account. We can only manually unlock Pro until the end of the currently running subscription period. Please ensure to cancel your running subscription on your old Apple Account and set up a new one on your new Apple Account.
Transfer Subscription between App Store and Play Store
If you change your device, e.g., from an iPhone to an Android device, we cannot shift your Pro purchase or subscription from the App Store to the Play Store and vice versa.
If you made a lifetime Pro purchase, we can manually transfer it on our end. In this case, please share proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot) and your Structured User ID from your new device (Structured Settings > Help & Feedback > tap Copy User ID) with support@structured.app.
If you made a subscription, we cannot transfer it from one app store to another. We can only manually unlock Pro until the end of the currently running subscription period. Please ensure to cancel your running subscription on your old app store and set up a new one on your new app store.
