My Structured Pro is not recognized or missing. What can I do?

Sometimes it can happen, that the Pro version is missing on your device, even though you already bought it. In this case, please try to restore the purchase, by clicking the Restore Purchase (see How to restore Structured Pro access?) at the bottom of the paywall.

If this does not work, please contact us using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page and make sure to include your user ID (Finding Your User ID).
