How Do I Request a Refund?
Depending on where you purchased Structured Pro, the refund process is handled differently. App Store refunds are handled by Apple, whereas Play Store or web purchases can be handled by us.
Following, you will learn how to request a refund from the respective payment provider.
Apple
Since the subscription and payment process for Apple users is entirely handled by the App Store due to security reasons, we cannot refund you directly. But you can contact Apple here to request a refund.
Please note that it is not in our hands whether you are eligible for an App Store refund, as this depends on the App Store's refund policy.

If you purchased Structured Pro on the Play Store or Structured Web, get in touch with our support team regarding a refund and share the following information:
