The subscription and payment process is entirely handled by the App Store or the Google Play Store due to security reasons. Therefore, we cannot refund you directly. But you can contact Apple here and the Google Play Store here to request a refund.

If you purchased Structured Pro on Structured Web, get in touch with our support team regarding a refund and share your Structured Cloud email used to log in to Structured Web with us.
