Sometimes, the Structured Assistant displays an error message. Usually, this can be fixed easily.

If your Structured Assistant times out or displays an Unknown Error, it is usually due to a failed connection between your network and the OpenAI server. The AI of the Structured Assistant is built by OpenAI. You can find more information about OpenAI here.

• Check if you are connected to a VPN. If so, please deactivate it and try to use the Structured Assistant again.

• Connect your device to an alternative network (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data)

If the network connection still fails to work, your network is probably currently incompatible with OpenAI. Please get in contact with OpenAI for more information.
