I Cannot Upgrade to Structured Pro
Sometimes users face issues when trying to upgrade to Structured Pro for the first time. Luckily, this can be fixed easily!
Troubleshooting
Usually, a restart of your device resolves the problem. You could also try to purchase your Pro subscription directly in your App Store or Google Play Store instead of through the Structured app.
Country or Payment Restrictions
The App Store or Google Play Store is not available for some countries or payment methods. Please reach out to the App Store or the Google Play Store regarding these restrictions.
Currently, it is only possible to purchase Structured Pro via the App Store or the Google Play Store. In the future, we will include web payments as well.
Structured Pro Lifetime Missing
If you are facing troubles with upgrading to the Pro lifetime purchase, it might be because you have an active monthly or yearly Pro subscription.
In that case, head over to your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), search for Structured and upgrade to Structured Pro lifetime access here.
If this does not work, you might have to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription first and maybe wait until it runs out before upgrading to the Structured Pro lifetime access. Please note that no data created gets lost when cancelling your subscription.
