Usually, a restart of your device resolves the problem. You could also try to purchase your Pro subscription directly in your App Store instead of through Structured.
Upgrade to Structured Pro still doesn’t work
The App Store is not available for some countries and payment methods. Please reach out to Apple regarding these restrictions.
If you are facing troubles with upgrading to the Pro lifetime purchase, it might be because you have an active monthly or yearly Pro subscription. In that case, cancel your monthly or yearly Pro subscription, wait until it runs out and upgrade to Pro lifetime afterward. Please note that by cancelling your Pro subscription no data gets lost.
