I Cannot Upgrade to Structured Pro

Sometimes users face issues when trying to upgrade to Structured Pro for the first time. Luckily, this can be fixed easily!


Troubleshooting

Usually, a restart of your device resolves the problem. You could also try to purchase your Pro subscription directly in your App Store or Google Play Store instead of through the Structured app.


Country or Payment Restrictions

The App Store or Google Play Store is not available for some countries or payment methods. Please reach out to the App Store or the Google Play Store regarding these restrictions.

Currently, it is only possible to purchase Structured Pro via the App Store or the Google Play Store. In the future, we will include web payments as well.


Structured Pro Lifetime Missing

If you are facing troubles with upgrading to the Pro lifetime purchase, it might be because you have an active monthly or yearly Pro subscription.

In that case, cancel your monthly or yearly Pro subscription, wait until it runs out and upgrade to Pro lifetime afterward. Please note that by cancelling your Pro subscription, no data created during having access to Structured Pro gets lost.
