I Cannot Edit My Recurring Tasks
Sometimes it happens that you cannot edit or delete your recurring tasks. This issue can either affect your preset “Rise and Shine” and “Wind Down” tasks, or your normal recurring tasks. Both issues can be resolved easily.
Cannot Edit "Rise and Shine" and "Wind Down" Tasks
Sometimes, users may be unable to edit their "Rise and Shine" and "Wind Down" tasks (formerly known as "Wake up" and "Sleep well!" tasks). When tapping them, they start duplicating. This issue can be resolved by either restoring a backup or resetting the app:
Restore Backup
Please try to restore an older Backup and check if the issue persists. Automatic Backups should be made regularly as long as iCloud is enabled.
You can find your backups in your ⚙️ Structured Settings when tapping on Advanced in the General section. Head over to Backups and tap an older backup to Restore it.
Reset App
If you don't have any backups to restore because you are a new user, you can reset Structured. Caution! This will delete all of your data entered in Structured.
To reset your Structured app, head over to your ⚙️ Structured Settings and tap on Advanced in the General section. Here you'll find the option to Reset the App.
Cannot Edit Recurring Tasks
Since iOS 18 some users are facing the issue that they cannot edit their recurring task. The screen freezes, and they have to force quit the app. This issue is caused by the OpenDyslexic font. OpenDyslexic is a font created for users facing difficulties due to dyslexia.
To resolve this issue, head over to your ⚙️ Structured Settings and tap on Customization in the General section. When scrolling down, you will find the Font section, where you can choose the System font. Now you should be able to edit your recurring tasks again.
We weren't able to resolve the issue yet, but we are working on fixing the issue soon so you can use Structured with OpenDyslexic font again.
