I Don't See Tasks on Mac

Sometimes tasks might be invisible on Mac. Meaning, you create a task on Mac or on another device, but it does not show up in your Mac timeline but on your iPhone or iPad. It might also happen, that you cannot check off tasks on Mac.

Luckily, this issue can be resolved easily!

First of all, please ensure your Structured app and Mac device are updated to the latest version.

The following steps usually help to resolve the issue:

• Restart the Structured app or restart your Mac device.

• Reinstall the Structured app.
