There are several ways to receive help when needing assistance to use Structured or facing an issue. In general, we provide answers to almost every inquiry in our Help Center.

If you are eager to learn, how to use Structured most efficiently, check out our How-To section. When facing an issue in Structured, usually you find answers to your problem in our Troubleshooting section.
Structured Chat Bot
Moreover, you can always ask our Structured Bot for help. You can find it in the bottom-right corner of your screen in our Help Center, and tap or click the little chat symbol to receive assistance.
Contact Us
In case, you still need assistance by a real human to solve your inquiry, you can either use our contact form on the top of the Help Center page (big pink Contact Us button), or write an email to us. Thereby, it is especially helpful if you describe your issue in detail and attach your Structured User ID or your Diagnostic Data. We will always find a solution to your inquiry.
