Which Accessibility Features Does Structured Support?
Structured is designed to be inclusive and easy to use for as many people as possible. Our accessibility features support users with diverse needs, including those with visual, cognitive, and motor disabilities or challenges.
Below, you’ll find an overview of the accessibility features currently supported by Structured. As of now, some of these features are available for 🍎 Apple devices exclusively. However, we're aiming to include these features on 🤖 Android devices and 🌐 Structured Web as well.
If you experience any issues with our accessibility features or have suggestions on how we can improve, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. Accessibility is important to us, and we’re here to assist.
VoiceOver
Structured fully supports Apple’s built-in VoiceOver feature, which allows the app to be used with spoken feedback and gesture-based navigation. When VoiceOver is enabled, Structured will read aloud your tasks, timeline, navigation buttons, and (task) settings, making the app accessible to blind and low-vision users.
To enable VoiceOver on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
Open your ⚙️ General Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.
Turn VoiceOver on.
You can learn more about VoiceOver on Apple's website by clicking this link.
VoiceControl
Structured works seamlessly with Apple’s Voice Control feature, allowing you to navigate and interact with the app using spoken commands. You can open views, tap buttons, scroll through your timeline, and even edit tasks using your voice.
To enable VoiceControl on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
Open your ⚙️ General Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.
Select Voice Control, then select Set up Voice Control. A download will begin in the background. When the download is complete, a microphone will appear in the status bar of your device that indicates that Voice Control is listening or not listening.

High Contrast
Structured considers your system’s High Contrast settings to improve visibility for users with low vision or contrast sensitivity. When enabled, the app adjusts colors to provide stronger contrast between text, backgrounds, and interface elements—making content easier to read and navigate.
To adjust your iPhone's or iPad's contrast settings, follow these steps:
Open your ⚙️ General Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.
Select Display & Text Size and toggle Increase Contrast.
Reduced Motion
When Reduced Motion is enabled, Structured minimizes animations and motion effects to provide a more comfortable experience for users who are sensitive to motion or prefer a simpler interface.
To enable Reduced Motion on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
Open your ⚙️ General Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.
Select Motion and toggle Reduce Motion.

Non-System Accessibility (a11y) Features
Structured also includes some non-system accessibility features to enhance usability. For example, it offers a dyslexic-friendly font to improve readability for users with dyslexia, and a minimal timeline layout designed to reduce visual overwhelm.
OpenDyslexia
