Can I Use My Structured Pro on All My Devices?

Edited

Yes. In general, you can use your Structured Pro subscription or lifetime purchase on all your personal Apple or Android devices and Structured Web. Moreover, if you use Apple's Family Sharing program, you can share Structured Pro with your Family Sharing members.

Following, you will learn how to share your Structured Pro subscription or purchase on Apple and Android devices each, as well as across Apple and Android devices as well as Structured Web.

Apple

On Apple devices, your Structured Pro subscription will be transferred automatically to all of your other devices, as long as they run under the same Apple Account (formerly Apple ID).

Restore Purchase on Apple Devices

If your Structured Pro subscription does not automatically appear on a new device, you can activate it by restoring your purchase:

  1. Go into your ⚙️ Structured Settings and tap the large Structured Pro banner.

  2. On the paywall, scroll all the way down and select the option Restore Purchase.

If this is not working for you, check out: I Lost My Structured Pro Subscription.

Different Apple Accounts

If your personal Apple devices run under different Apple Accounts (formerly Apple IDs), you can also share your Structured Pro purchase manually by enabling Structured Cloud sync instead of iCloud sync. The Structured Cloud sync additonally enables syncing data between Apple devices running under different Apple IDs.

Family Sharing

Family Sharing is a feature from Apple that allows you to share eligible in-app purchases and subscriptions with your Family Sharing members.

  1. To enable Family Sharing for Structured, select your name in the ⚙️ General Settings app and tap Family Sharing.

  2. After you have invited your family members, you can enable Structured Pro under Subscriptions to share it with your family members.

It might take a couple of hours for the subscription to be enabled for other family members, and they might need to tap on the big in-app Structured Pro banner, scroll down and hit the Restore Purchase button.

If you still cannot use Family Sharing for Structured after following these steps, please contact our customer support including your Structured User ID, all Structured User ID you want to share the subscription with, as well as a proof of purchase.

Android

As Structured is not connected to your Google Play ID on Android, for now, you must manually unlock Structured Pro on your other Android devices.

Restore Purchase on Android

You can activate Structured Pro on other Android devices by restoring your purchase.

  1. Go into your ⚙️ Structured Settings and tap the large Structured Pro banner.

  2. On the paywall, scroll all the way down and select the option Restore Purchase.

If this is not working for you, check out: I Lost My Structured Pro Subscription.

Sharing Structured Pro Across Operating Systems

Structured does not yet use an individual account. However, there are two options to share your Structured Pro purchase across different operating systems.

  1. Enable Structured Cloud sync:

When enabling Structured Cloud sync on all your devices and logging in under the same account, your Structured Pro purchase will be shared automatically across your devices.
This option can be used to share Structured Pro across Apple and Android devices, as well as Structured Web. Structured Cloud has the additional advantage, that it shares your Structured data across your devices.

  2. Transfer Structured Pro purchase manually:

You can also transfer your Structured Pro subscription manually. However, this feature is only available for Structured on Apple and Android devices.
You can find instructions on how to share your Pro subscription or purchase between Apple and Android devices here.

One exception for sharing the Pro purchase between Apple and Android devices and Structured Web are Setapp subscriptions. It is not possible to share your Structured Pro access acquired on Setapp with your Android device or Structured Web, as this is an Apple exclusive service.
