I Don't Receive a Log-in Email
If you don't receive the Structured Cloud login email, check out the following troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Spam Folder
Check whether the login email landed in your spam folder. If this is the case, it might help to add login@cloud.structured.app as a contact or to send an empty email to login@cloud.structured.app, as this will help your email provider to recognize the sender.
Typos
Check whether you've entered the correct email address and for typos.
Inbox Full
Check whether there's enough storage left in your email inbox. If your inbox is full, delete some emails to free up some storage.
Redirect
If you're using a redirect, e.g., using an email account that redirects emails to an alternative account, it might take some time until the redirect goes through. You can avoid this by checking your emails directly on the account used to sign up for Structured Cloud.
Still Don't Receive Log-In Email?
In rare cases, email providers block the login emails. In that case, try the following to help your email provider recognize the sender:
Add login@cloud.structured.app as a contact.
Send an empty email to login@cloud.structured.app, as this will help your email provider to recognize the sender.
⚠️ Please note that some business, student, or university email accounts don't allow receiving external emails.
As a last resort, you can try to set up a new Structured Cloud account using an alternative email address from an alternative email provider.
