Can I Search for a Task or an Event?

As of now, you cannot search for a specific task directly in the Structured app, but this is a feature we intend to add in the future. However, for Apple users, there are two workarounds to search for specific events in Structured.

On iPhones, you can use the Spotlight Search feature to search for a specific task, event, or appointment.

1. Head over to your home screen.

2. Swipe down on your screen to open the 🔍 Spotlight Search bar.

3. Type in the task you are looking for.

4. Tap on the event, which will open the Structured app and take you to the respective entry.

Please note that this feature is only available from Structured version 3.7.0 onward and can only be used to search the upcoming 100 events.

Alternatively, you can use the Apple Shortcuts app to search for events. You can learn more about this feature here: How to Use Structured With Shortcuts.

Please note that the Shortcuts App is an Apple exclusive feature.
