You don’t have an account in Structured. Instead, the app generates a random and unique ID for you to share your data and across devices.
But this also means, that I can’t look up anything about you if anything goes wrong, since there is no name or email address associated with this ID.
If anything goes wrong, I might ask you to share this user ID with me, to resolve an issue.
To find the user ID, open the in-app Settings, by tapping the ⚙️ in the top-right corner, and then select the Help & Feedback entry.
There, you can copy the user ID by tapping the “Copy User ID” button and paste it in the message.
